最好在圖形界面中更改，顯卡太PP的請不要向windows里那樣改，因為linux不高興就不讓進桌面

更改下面的參數

HorizSync 30.0 - 70.0 使之支持更高的分辨率
VertRefresh 85.0 - 85.0 刷新率
Option dpms
